- Routine inspection for meat processing area and front retail area, which is separate from the pizza kitchen. Meat production side was not in operation at time of inspection.
- Hand sinks (front retail area and meat production area) properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Walk-in cooler and meat display cooler in front retail area measured at 4C or colder.
- Walk-in freezer and upright freezer in front retail area measured at -18C or colder.
- All meat processing equipment maintained in sanitary conditions.
- 2-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm - 200 ppm in spray bottle. **Ensure to label your spray bottle.
- General sanitation satisfactory at time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
