Comments

Change of ownership as of two days ago as per staff onsite. No structural change or change in service. Premises still sells prepackaged food and whole fruits vegetables. This premises is not permitted to process or repackage food. Coolers: 4C Freezers: -14 to -29C Prepackaged sandwich from H&C Two compartment sinks operational Tongs available for dispensing candies Back room used to store extra equipment, no food inside Handwash station in the washroom: soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water available Three refrigeration units does not appear to be in use; no food inside. Staff informed that freon needs to be replaced and will be used to stock extra frozen food and pop. Ensure coolers are 4C and freezers -18C before using these units. Health application collected onsite. Owner inquired about adding hot dogs and other to-go products. I will e-mail you more info on this. Do not add service, health approval is required. ***Health approval granted provided thermometer is added to each refrigeration unit and copy of certificate of incorporation is e-mailed to health unit by tomorrow.
