3-compartment sink available. 3rd compartment sink and QUATs sanitizer buckets and spray bottle measured at 200ppm.
Prep coolers and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding units measured at 60C or higher.
Donair meats under go secondary cook step.
Monthly Pest Control contracted. Recent report (JAnuary 11, 2023) noted 2 house mouse caught inside premises. Traps reset.
All violations in report#JCHY-CGRRUL have been corrected:
-Rodent droppings cleaned underneath the stand-up coolers, dishpit area, and water tank area.
-Unused equipment observed to be stored in the walk-cooler compartment outside has been removed and cleaned. No equipment used for normal operation to be stored in those units.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 certified operator on-site.
