Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station near juice dispensers lacked soap. Staff stated that person who refills all dispensers for facility is back from vacation today and is on his way.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water is available at all times.

General observations:

√ Cooling reviewed, no concerns with process noted
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted
√ All other hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Hydrogen peroxide based disinfectant used for sanitizing food contact surfaces
√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ Three compartment sink stocked
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is very good
√ Operator noted some signs of mice noted and pest control company was called in, traps set and regular monitoring program in place.

√ Temperature logs maintained and no issues with equipment have been noted
