Construction of store was per approved plan. Mop sink available but still to be connected in the the back area. Hand sink is available for the back still be installed. For mean time, hand sinks just outside of the building are being used while sinks are not yet installed inside. A hand sink will also be installed in the front service area where the slushie machine is located. No food production on-site. Pre-packaged, non-potentially hazards food items are sold. Only slushies are mixed. Three compartment sink is available but still require to be plumbed in. For mean time, slushie machines are washed and sanitized in the cider processing area. Chlorine sanitizer measured >100 ppm. Freezers were at or below -18 deg C. Display cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Temperature log was available and up to date. Plenty of storage in the back area. No food items were stored on the floor. Overall sanitation was satisfactory. Several porta potties available outside of the store. Petting barn area: Hand washing signs were posted in prominent location. Hand washing sinks equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.
