Routine inspection conducted: Produce walk in cooler at 4 degrees C. Meat walk in cooler at 1 degree C. Dairy walk in cooler at 2 degrees C. Retail area coolers at 4 degrees C or less. Online orders cooler at 4 degrees C or less. Seafood walk in freezer at -20 degrees C. Store walk in freezer at -19 degrees C. Ice cream walk in freezer at -23 degrees C. Online orders freezer at -18 degrees C or less. Retail area freezers satisfactory. Temperatures monitored electronically. Bulk area well maintained. Food stored off the floor. A random selection of canned foods were audited for damage; one dented can was removed from the store floor during the inspection. A random selection of baby / infant formula and nutritional supplements were audited; items observed to be within expiry. Hand washing sinks are unobstructed and supplied with warm running water (mixed valve), liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Ware washing sinks adequately supplied. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available from dispensing unit and in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
