Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Initially glasswasher not dispensing any chlorine into final rinse. Once primed, a residual of approx. 70ppm was measured.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff are educated on how to prime the glasswasher after switching out detergent/sanitizer containers.

Observation: Dishwasher not functioning properly. Intermittently the wash cycle wont shut off to allow the final rinse cycle to kick in unless the dishwasher power is shut off and turned back on.
