* Quats sanitizer test strips required for daily testing of quats solution in boot wash trays. Maintain a daily log for quats.
* Replace the weather stripping on the shipping door. Recommended thick rubber type weather stripping to provide.good seal.

The plant is going through SQF certification.
QA coordinator and marketing executive have completed SQF practitioner certification.
In-house HACCP and GMP program in place.
Pest control services provided by Orkin PCO.
No pest activity noticed inside the plant.

Ozone testing is conducted for water bottles every hour during production runs.
Detailed logs maintained for all cleaning tasks.
Testing for turbidity, coliform, E.coli is conducted in house.

All production staff wear clean aprons, hair nets and boot covers.
