The tiles appear to be improperly sealed and pooling of water is noted Corrective Action(s): Ensure pooling of water is cleaned up & seal the tiles. This inspection done by EHO student. Notes -all coolers are <= 4 deg. C (cake display cooler, dessert island cooler, etc) -walk in freezer @ -3 deg. C, food is frozen solid *continue monitoring freezer temperature to ensure food does not thaw. Freezer should be -18 deg. C. -handsinks equiped with hot/cold water, soap & paper towels -sanitizer solution in 3-compartment sink - 200 ppm Quats -no obvious signs of pests noted during inspection -staff on site is FOODSAFE certified -temperature logs for coolers are up to date.
