General sanitation - satisfactory. The front handwashing and kitchen sinks supplied wit liquid soap and paper towel (however paper towel must be replaced - almost an empty roll,); hot and cold running water - available. Freezers temperature at - 21.0 C. Reach-in cooler at 3.2 C. Food is stored safely at the time of inspection (covered, off the floor, & pest proof containers. Dry storage area - organized/bins with lids - available. Note: The operator, Jin Qing Zou, removed some dry storage bins. Small amount of food on site. The Lease Termination of the Premises letter received by Mr. Zou. (as September 11, 2019).Effective date: December 31, 2019. Bleach sanitizer - available. 3-compartment sink - satisfactory. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Note: No hot water in the female washroom.Male washrooms - paper towel & soap - available. Please, use one washroom (as an unisex).
