Follow-up inspection:
- Exhaust canopy was not cleaned. Staff stated it will be cleaned this evening. This is an outstanding violation.
- Operator had renewed his FOODSAFE Level 1 however he was not on site at the time of inspection. Ensure at least one staff take the FOODSAFE Level 1 course before the next inspection.
- Knives maintained in a sanitary condition.
- Hand washing station in the kitchen area provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towel.
- No raw meat observed thawing under room temperature.
