Temperature logs for coolers, sanitizer and dishwasher are not being monitored and recorded. Ensure that temperature logs are being maintained daily.
All fridges are 4 degrees Celsius or colder in kitchen and dry storage.
All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Ensure that staff are washing there hands as they enter kitchen to collect foods and dishware for classrooms.
Recommend acquiring an ice wand to assist in cooling batches of soups and sauces as there is no ice machine onsite.
