Follow up inspection completed to verify if issued identified in routine inspection have been addressed: - Cleaning has been completed under 2 door reach in cooler and prep table. Ensure these areas are thoroughly cleaned as part of your regular cleaning schedule. The following issues are pending and required to be corrected: Code 308 - Line cooler was to be repaired or replaced by 10-Apr-2022; however has not been. Temperature of unit remains at 9-10C. Operator reported that a part is on order and has not yet arrived. No food is being stored in lower portion of cooler. Cut vegetables, guacamole, salsas and grated cheese are being stored in top portion of cooler in inserts on ice only as an interim measure. Only a minimal amount of food is to be stored in inserts and temperature of food must be monitored frequently and ice levels replenished to ensure products are maintained at 4C or colder. If not at 4C or colder, corrective action per your food safety procedures is to be taken. Correction Order issued for the repair or replacement of the cooler. Code 311 - Refer to routine inspection report (08-Apr-2022) for corrective actions to be taken. To be corrected by 06-May-2022.
