Corrective Action(s): -Do not use the mop sink for processing -this is a dirty area and is not to be used for that purpose -place a sign indicating this here

-Do not use bowls fro bulk stored foods -use scoopers lodged handle up to protect from contamination -any open bulk food bag must be stored in rodent proof containers

-Place foods/goods off the floor at least >15cm on shelves to better prevent pest harbourage sites and facilitate cleaning
