Observation: Observed rodent droppings along the walls around the main display sections. When inquired, staff was not sure where the reports were.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to remove the droppings. Ensure to wet them with bleach sanitizer prior to removing them. Regular monitoring and cleaning required to reduce and/or eliminate pest activities.
