Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice machine had an accumulation of mould at the back (hard to reach) areas of the machine
Corrective Action(s): Staff emptied the ice machine and cleaned and sanitized it to remove the mould. Ensure that all areas of the ice machine are regularly cleaned

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no paper towel at the front staff handsink. Staff were using a hanging cloth to dry hands. This is unacceptable as cloths can become moist and create a breeding ground for pathogens.
Corrective Action(s): Staff placed paper towel at the hansink. Discontinue using cloths to dry hands
