CORRECTION ORDER ISSUED due to unapproved alterations to facility including addition of new equipment and new menu items. Reason for the Order: Violation of Food Premises Regulations section 3(1) The following actions are to be taken: Cease all food production at facility until such time as: 1) FHA can review and grant final approval for architectural drawings 2) All handsinks are adequately supplied, all equipment is fully operational 3) FHA can conduct final inspection of equipment 4) City of Burnaby has had review and granted final approval for architectural drawings 5) City of Burnaby has had inspection of plumbing changes (if required) Contact EHO Lisa Kirkham for a follow up inspection. Discussion with Area Management in regards to above mentioned items.
