Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Sep-20-2023 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Dishwasher sanitizer feed not working at time of inspection. Measured 0 ppm. Transprot line does not seem able to prime. Operator showed ECOLAB service five days ago with unit discharging at 50 ppm Chlorine. Correction: Get unit serviced immediately. If unit cannot be fixed today, switch to manual 2 sink dishwashing as discussed. *Send picture or service receipt when unit is fixed as confrimation to return to automatic dishwashing. Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # NO NUMBER of Sep-20-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Paper towel dispenser empty in prep area of kitchen. Correction: Make sure all handwash stations are properly stocked all the time.

Verified dishwasher at 50 ppm. Make sure to check transport line daily and verify with test strips that the chlorine solution is feeding through the transport line into the unit. Handwash stations stocked with paper towels. Thank you.
