Routine health inspection conducted: Coolers (including dairy and produce walk in coolers) at 4 degrees C or less.* Freezers satisfactory. No damaged cans observed in retail area at time of inspection (random sample checked). No expired product (infant formula / nutritional supplements) observed in retail area at time of inspection. Random sample checked. First in first out stock rotation practices appears to be in use, based on random selection of items checked. Produce area hand wash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Three-compartment sink in produce area is supplied with hot and cold running water and drain plugs. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available at 200 ppm from dispenser and in labeled spray bottle. No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. *Egg cooler measured 4 degrees C closer to the back of the cooler, but is showing slight discrepancies in temperature near the front. Cooler to be reorganized to allow for better air flow.
