Temperature of fridges and coolers are satisfactory. Freezer temperature was -20C. Fridges temperature were below 4C.
High temperature dishwasher was good. Temperature was 72.4C.
Sanitizer solution (QUAT) was satisfactory, 200ppm.
Staff washroom was fully stocked with warm water, soap, and paper towels.
Storage room had food stored off the floor.
Garbage and receiving area was kept clean.
Food Safe Plan and Sanitation plan is in use.

Limit the amount of wiping cloths used in the service area.
