Observation: The meat slicer (used for cheese) in the deli station has debris stuck-on behind the blade and up-top.

Correction: Clean the meat slicer thoroughly. Slicers should be cleaned at minimum every 4 hours with sanitizer. Take a picture of the cleaned meat slicer and send to the inspector via e-mail no later than by 9am tomorrow
