Routine inspection conducted: Only chicken roasted in Deli, everything else is received pre-cooked. (eg: baked goods, cold cuts...), no meat processing. -Deli manager is FS trained- -General sanitation is good at time of visit. -No sign of pests noted at this department - Hand washing station available with cold + hot running water, soap and paper towel. - Sanitizer available in third sink @ 200 ppm Quatz. - All coolers <4 degrees Celsius, all freezer <-18 degrees Celsius, temp log available - Hot holding for roasted chicken temped @ 60 degrees Celsius. - Exhaust canopy is clean, no grease build ups. No issues noted.
