Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted operator is not following the two step cooking for chicken donair.
Corrective Action(s): Follow the two step cooking must be done for donair as stated in food safety plan- explained the risk of contamination of raw meat juices contamination the outer layer from the first step cooking (cone)
- cook all the meats in the inserts by grilling again immediately -done at time of inspection
-Repeated violation will result in next enforcement action (ticket-)

Observation: Poor cleaning and sanitation is noted in the entire facility including inside all coolers and freezer, counter, work table, sinks , floor, ceiling, all area.
Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning and sanitizing is required for the entire kitchen, all food contact surfaces (must be cleaned first and sanitized-work table, inside and outside coolers, sinks) to be done today,

* An assessment will be done tomorrow and any issue related to poor cleaning/sanitation will result in issuance of violation ticket/s.
