306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Poor cleaning and sanitation is noted in the entire facility including inside all coolers and freezer, counter, work table, sinks , floor, ceiling, all area.
Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning and sanitizing is required for the entire kitchen, all food contact surfaces (must be cleaned first and sanitized-work table, inside and outside coolers, sinks) to be done today,
* An assessment will be done tomorrow and any issue related to poor cleaning/sanitation will result in issuance of violation ticket/s.
