General Comments:
Upright cooler's at 4 degC; freezer's at -18 degC
Hot water tank for the dishwasher was turned off. It's turned on only when there's a function and the dishwasher will be used. It takes a few hours for the water to heat up. Temperature strip provided. Ensure that hot water rinse reaches at least 71 degC at plate level. Main kitchen dishwasher is used to wash most of the dishes.
Handsink's fully equipped.
