-Recommend at a minimum daily temperature records for coolers and freezers in the store.
All coolers were < 4 C. Some were on defrost at the start of the inspection, but went down to 4 C by the end of the inspection.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Pest control records reviewed. No evidence of pests at the time of the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
