- Follow up inspection conducted to verify required actions of public health act order have been complied with.
- Live tanks in the basement have been completely uninstalled and taken a part (ie. decommissioned). Vacuum packaging machine and large pots were removed from the premises and not on site at time of visit. No other items that appear to not be required for the business operation noted on site.
- Closure order rescinded. Premises may reopen and resume approved operations.
-The premises is approved to cut various types of seafood and nonsushi grade fish. The cut seafood and fish are to be sold on ice or in the display case for food handlers to dispense.
-There is to be no processing or repackaging of any other foods.
- All packaged foods for sale at the premises are to be from approved commercial sources. They are to be properly labelled as per CFIA requirements.
- Ensure documentation/receipts for all foods are kept on site at all times.
