- Dry storage areas are maintained
- No signs of pests observed during inspection. Traps are in place. Pest control services are currently biweekly.
- Premise is well lit

Note:
- Iodine test kit for glasswasher is not available. Obtain an iodine test kit and begin testing the glasswasher at least once per day. Ensure the iodine concentration is 12.5 ppm - 25 ppm. Maintain a glasswasher log and keep it on site for review.
- Ensure premises is monitored for pest activity. Clean up droppings by wiping with a 1:10 bleach solution.
