Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the kitchen area on the dry storage shelf as well as in the office on the shelves of spices. Professional pest control is in place and coming weekly to check traps and new weather stripping on the back door has been installed
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food is placed in bins to prevent access by mice. Ensure to dicard anything that has come into contact with mouse droppings or has been chewed.
At the beginning of the day ensure ALL surfaces, equipment and storage areas are fully cleaned and sanitized. At the end of the day ensure that all food is put away in bins, ensure all surfaces and equipment are fully cleaned and sanitized to prevent pests from being attracted.
*Ensure a copy of pest reports from pest control are submitted to inspector by email
