Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CH8NMW: One "sample" beef roll in glass case on counter. All other beef rolls stored in the under the counter cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Hand sink reinstalled in the roasting area/coffee bean processing area. Ensure this hand sink is provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.
