Corrective Action(s): - Follow 4 steps of manual dishwashing - wash- rinse- sanitize- air dry
-Thought the staff how to make sanitizer for the third sink- mix 1 oz in 1 gallon almost 4 gallon - 4 oz - fill the third sink with sanitizer to be ready
-All washed dishware to be soaked in sanitizer for 2 minutes and let them air dry - done

General

-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink in front
** Liquid soap dispenser in the back broken at time of visit- fix it or replace it - provide a pump soap dispenser for now
-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder with the exception of noted unit
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.
-Hot holding temp > 60 oC
- Bleach solution in spray bottle >100 ppm
-General sanitation is very good
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff
-Three sink are labelled

* Provide chlorine test strip and ensure staff are following proper dishwashing steps
* some rodent dropping noted in some corner- not that much- continue with good sanitation and more sticky/snap traps
