Corrective Action(s): Clean all droppings. Keep all foods and take-out containers covered and protected. Sanitized all equipment and tables before and after use.

Observation: Sliding door "General" brand cooler is not working and is being used for dry storage.

Comments

-Both cooler temperatures were below 4C
-All freezer temperatures were below -18C
-Handsink and washroom sink is fully equipped
-No cooking on-site. Eggs and meat are purchased pre-cooked or ready to eat and sandwiches are prepared and stored in the walk-in cooler until delivery. As per operator, the sandwiches are delivered in a refrigerated truck. Sandwiches are sold mainly to gas stations: Husky's, Rexall downtown location only, BCIT, Petro Canada (only 1 owner who owns 6-7 franchises); Vern Langston wholesale, K&K Foods.
-200ppm bleach solution on-site.
-October, 2017 pest control invoice on-site. Pest control company contracted monthly.
