Comments

-Ensure that flour kept in the storage room is in a pest proof container. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Pizza sold by the slice is time tracked. Bleach solution in the 3-compartment sink was tested at 100ppm. Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was tested at 100 ppm. There was no evidence of pests. Kitchen equipment was clean. Storage room was clean and organized. General sanitation was satisfactory.
