- Food preparation area (kitchen) maintained in sanitary condition - Hot and cold running water present at kitchen sink - Liquid soap and paper towel present at sink for handwashing - Coolers and freezers were operating at required temperatures (4C or colder; -18C or colder) and equipped with thermometers - Fridge/freezer (kitchen) 2C/-18C - Fridge/freezer (infant program area) 0C/-18C - Temperatures of fridge/freezers are checked daily. Records present and up to date. - High temperature dishwasher operational. Final rinse temperature measured 80.9C at dish surface with min/max thermometer. - Bleach sanitizer solution present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Concentration measured 200ppm chlorine. - All staff members have completed Foodsafe level 1. System is in place to ensure certification is renewed prior to expiry.
