Routine inspection: Premise in compliance with Provincial Health Officer's ORDER. Take out only. Due to COVID-19 pandemic premise is not serving soup or hot dogs. Coffee is no longer self serve, only dispensed by staff into single use cups. Milk and cream placed in small containers with ice packs. Display cooler at 4 degrees C. Beverage coolers at 4-6 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods displayed. 3 door cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Storage area upright freezer at -18 degrees C. Small freezer at -15 degrees C. Single door cooler at 4 degrees C. All food stored off the floor. Chemicals and cleaners stored separate from food products. 2 compartment sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Permit is posted in plain view of the public. Bleach solution made to approximately 200ppm available for use in labeled spray bottle.
