Paper based inspection Report #F232644: *Hand sink will be provided with liquid soap and paper towels once cider production begins. *Currently, facility is undergoing maintenance and cleaning. Flooring has recently been sealed and walls have been touched up. Equipment being cleaned and prepared for dicer production. *Maintenance log and pasteurization log were available on-site. *Pest control monitoring in place. *General sanitation was satisfactory. *Cider production will begin once apples are ready and available.
