Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CE9R6M: Light cover still missing for light fixture above the pizza preparation/preparation cooler with inserts. Designated hand washing station paper towel dispenser empty. Additional holder for paper towel also empty. This designated hand wash station must be stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. Bleach sanitizer concentration 0ppm in container. This solution must be made daily. General sanitizer solution: 1oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Store wiping cloths in this solution. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. ***As per staff member operator has not retaken FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Neither has the onsite staff member gone to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Operator to register for FOODSAFE level 1 and pass by September 1, 2022. Failure to do so will result in the issuance of a violation ticket.***
