All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests. Ensure that pest control reports are kept on site.
Pest proof containers in use in the upstairs storage room.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips were available for use.
Sanitizer buckets had 100 ppm chlorine.
The ice machine was clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
