Routine inspection conducted. The following was noted at time of inspection:
Temperatures are within health requirements:
Walk-in cooler at 1C
Prep coolers and cooler inserts maintained at 4C or less
Hot-holding units are at 60C or greater. Hot-held soup and rice were internally probed at 62C
Freezer units (chest freezer) was at -18C
Hand wash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
Bleach available at 200 ppm chlorine residual for sanitizing
High-temperature dishwasher sanitizes at a final rinse cycle of 73C
Utensils, plates were maintained in good sanitary condition
Back dry storage area is well-organized. Products are in tight-fitting lids when not in use
No evidence of recent, visible pest activity noted at time of inspection
Permit posted and up-to-date
Operator has current and valid FoodSafe 1 certification
