- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers in kitchen and walk-in cooler measured at less than 4C. NOTE : Top inserts of prep cooler measured at 6-7C. Keep the inserts closed when not in use to maintain temperature less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer - 15C, fry freezer measured at -10C
- Hot holding units for rice, baked potato measured at greater than 60C
- Adequate temperature logs are maintained
-The dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer solution on dishsurface during final rinse cycle
- Sanitizer solution available at 200ppm quats concentration in a spray bottle
- Foodsafe certification verified
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
