Out of order undercounter coolers only used for storage of non-food items. Other undercounter measured at or below 4C.
Hot held soup measured at 60C (required: at or above 60C).
Hot held food in display case and hot held roast chicken measured above 60C. Probe thermometer available.
Ensure all cold and hot holding units are equipped with accurate thermometers.
Three compartment sinks (x3) available for dishwashing. QUATs dispensers achieved 200ppm with test strips. Drain plugs and hot/cold running water available at each sink. QUATs test strips available at each sink.
One three-compartment sink was out of order.
Two QUATs surface sanitizer bottles achieved 200ppm with test strips.

Handsinks were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Staff hygiene satisfactory; staff wear hair nets.
Foodsafe trained staff onsite.

Storage of food observed off the ground and protected from contamination. Raw chicken is stored away from ready to eat in the walk-in cooler.
Spons fo rdispensing deli food noted to be stored with handles extending out from food.
Can opener blade cleaned regularly in three compartment sink dishwashing method.
No signs of pest activity observed during inspection.
