Preparation cooler noted on previous routine inspection report has been serviced. Ambient temperature at 1 degree C. Internal food temperature at less than 4 degrees C. Accurate thermometer in place.
Additional new ice wands have been obtained since yesterday's health inspection.
In addition, probe thermometers and chlorine test strips located / available.
