Corrective Action(s): Do not store food products directly on the floor or ground. Always store food at least 15 cm off the ground. Correction required today.

Observation: There is an excessive amount of boxes and shelving stored in the back storage areas and blocking the rear exit. There is also a set of car tires in the dry storage area top shelf. These items are not needed and need to be removed from the premise.
Corrective Action(s): Remove items not needed from premise. Organization and tidiness needs improvement. Corrections required in 4 days.

Premise is now selling whole vegetables directly from the farm. A new kiosk station is set up outside in front of store under a canopy.
Only not potentially hazardous foods being sold. Approved source is from Sidhu Farms 11482 87 Street Osoyoos V0H 1V2.

Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection
Slurpy machine is still out of order and is not scheduled for repair.
All coolers are at or below 4C. All freezers are at -18C or below.
Hot holding unit at 60C or above (59.4C samosas, hot dog 64.2C).
Food protected from contamination.
Temperature thermometers in use.
Staff washrooms are sanitary.
Hand sink in use with liquid soap paper towels and warm running water.
