Observation:
Corrective Action(s): As per last routine inspection, flooring in the glassware washing area (bar), bar, and in the large walk in cooler(food side) must be in good condition and impervious to moisture so that floors can be kept clean. Shelves in this area are also to be smooth and impervious to moisture.

Future changes to the kitchen layout require Fraser Health approval prior to renovating.
Top end, right side line cooler - still has some water accumulation on bottom shelf. Repair if necessary. Air temperature is below 4 C. - good.
All sinks have liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
Bar cooler for dairy storage has a thermometer and air temperature is below 4 C - good.
