Follow-up inspection conducted.

Facility mixing 100ppm bleach sanitizer. Operator has decided to remain using bleach sanitizer.
Please remember to use only unscented household bleach. Label should state product is meant for hard surfaces.
Mix 1/2 tsp unscented bleach to 1L water; bottles must be properly labelled.
Have mixing instructions available and training for all staff.
Sanitizer is to be mixed fresh daily and emptied at end of day.

Upright 3 door cooler (McCall) measured 2.7°C
Front display cooler measured 4.2°C

Scoops no longer stored inside ingredients
Wheeled rack no longer stored under fly trap
Droppings have been cleared; additional snap traps have been set up in main preparation area
Back storage area reorganized and in better organization
Shipping wrap removed from stainless steel preparation table
