-Health Application form & permit fee rec'd at time of inspection
-Foodsafety, sanitation plan and proof of foodsafe training has been submitted
-Premises has no hood ventilation system. No generation of grease laden vapours permitted.
-Approved menu limited to coffee/tea/drinks, sandwiches/panini, soup, salad, desserts and canneloni (microwaveable)
-No change in layout of premises
-All coolers 4 deg. C or less (display, sandwich, undercounter...etc.)
-Chest freezer -18 deg. C
-Handwash stations had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
