Follow up conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CTHULB).

Findings:
- New prep cooler in place. Ambient temperature recorded at 4C.
- Hand wash stations were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Operator has installed new shelving unit inside the facility. All pizza boxes have been moved from the back alley.

Hand-delivered the demand letter to the Operator for outstanding permit fees in the amount of $150.00
