Droppings have been removed and floors cleaned in retail areas -all light packaged foods removed from the lowest shelves (only on upper levels). Area cleaned behind the proofer. -ensure you are checking food packages and monitoring each morning for any new droppings and cleaning/disinfecting accordingly -Assured Pest Control is contracted to come on a bi-weekly basis -follow all their recommendations on the work reports -Back cargo door has installed a door and door frame that is tight fitting -no gap observed -okay for use once the door is secured
