Freezer measured at adequate temperature. Products stored in frozen state.
No hot holding of potentially hazardous foods at this time.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 71.9C at the plate level.
Glass washer's sanitizing solution measured at 100 ppm chlorine on the glass.
Three compartments sink with drain plug available.
Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
