Operator has submitted the following for his proposed new menu:
-Updated floor plan that includes the new handsink, new cooking area (6 burner stove, deep fryer, and single burner unit---all with fumehood above), the new 3 compartment sink (reminder: if you have more than 10 seats you will need to add a commercial dishwasher)
-Metal sheeting has been placed by the counter along the wall where prep will be taking place
-Food safety plan for the following items have been submitted: Butter Chicken, Fish Pakora, Goat Curry, na'an (pre-made, not made on site from scratch)
-vegetable samosas which are made at Haryana Sweets & Catering, and Shaahi paneer (paneer is store bought)
What still needs to be done:
-Metal sheeting on wall behind the 3 compartment sink
-re-do the tile flooring by the 3 compartment sink area
-Prep counters to be covered in stainless steel sheeting
-Operator may be adding a freezer to his premises
Health approval is granted for those 5 items (Butter chicken, fish pakora, Goat Curry, na'an, and vegetable samosa) . |
