Observation: Food containers are stored directly on the ground in the walk-in cooler. All foods must be stored 6" off the ground to prohibit cleaning activities and prevent contamination.
**Correct by: May 6, 2019**
Corrective Action(s): Install additional shelving in the walk-in cooler to accomodate the food containers that are currently stored on the ground.

Observation: The shelves above the three compartment sink are dirty and are used to air dry clean items.

Corrective Action(s): Clean the shelves of all grease/debris with soap and water. Then sanitize with bleach.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Observation #1: The walls in the back prep areas have peeling paint and exposed dry wall from dents in alls and door frames. Similar issue noted in bathroom. These are are not sealed, are hard to clean. This is a repeat violation - verbal warning. Six months was given to correct the issue, which is plenty of time. If this issue is not corrected, further progessive action will be taken.

Observation #2: The deep fryer still has the white, protective plastic cover on the outer surfaces. The plastic is not cleanable and has accumulated grease on it. As above, this is a repeat violation - verbal warning. If this issue is not corrected, further progressive action will be taken.
**Correct by: TOMORROW**

Corrective Action #1: Repair and paint all damaged walls and door frames so that they are smooth, level, sealed and cleanable.
Corrective Action #2: Remove the white, protective plastic from the deep dryer so that that stainless steel sides are exposed which are cleanable.
